Responsibilities
• Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including tool selection and fixture setup. • Operate CNC machines to produce components while monitoring the production process for quality and efficiency. • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality. • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. • Program CNC machines using CAM software or G-code programming. • Debug and optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy. • Conduct frequent quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
