Technical Support Representative (CSR III)Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PMPay Rate: $21.75/hourCPS Recruitment is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join a well-established company in the Syracuse, NY area. This organization is launching a new eLearning program and is seeking skilled individuals to provide technical support to end users. As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist users with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless learning experience.Responsibilities:Conduct inbound customer service calls, meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction standardsTroubleshoot and resolve users' computer software and hardware problemsProvide technical assistance through various channels (calls, chats, emails)Draft professional email and chat responses to support multiple customer conversationsCollaborate with colleagues to research and resolve complex issuesDocument customer interactions accurately in business systemsDesign and create process documents and job aids to support team performanceTrain new and existing colleagues on eLearning support procedures and standardsIdentify repetitive customer issues and recommend process improvementsProvide Level 2 customer support via escalated phone calls, chat support, and emailRequirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service abilitiesAbility to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical individualsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software and hardwareBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferredMinimum of three years of experience in customer technical support (highly preferred)We are looking for resilient individuals who can adapt to new challenges and provide excellent customer service.
