Adecco is seeking a dedicated Onsite Supervisor to oversee and support our associates at one of our valued onsite client workplaces. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for associates, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive work environment. Your focus on associate care, engagement, and onsite safety will directly contribute to the success of our workforce and client partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a Safety-First Culture: Lead facility tours and orientations for new hire classes, ensuring all associates understand safety protocols and workplace expectations.
Support & Engage Associates: Provide ongoing assistance, answer assignment-related questions, and offer guidance on performance and attendance matters.
Monitor & Report: Track daily attendance, run reports, and assist with onsite timekeeping.
Ensure Client Success: Engage regularly with supervisors and associates to confirm that client success metrics are being met.
Drive Associate Accountability: Conduct performance and attendance counseling when necessary, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Collaborate & Communicate: Participate in client meetings to stay aligned on expectations, challenges, and goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: Previous team lead or supervisor experience in a warehouse setting preferred, but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift in a warehouse environment.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Clear, calm, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
