Description: The Credit Analyst will Assists with evaluating new customers, establishing credit limits, monitoring credit limits, researching account activity and resolving past due accounts through extensive contact with mainly customers with their supplier portals, making sure invoices are submitted to the web portals timely and monitoring the payments. Assists with cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Job Responsibilities Assist with reviewing and contacting past due customer accounts to resolve delinquencies and ensure prompt payment Assist with determining collectability of past due accounts Performs credit investigation of new accounts through Dun & Bradstreet, Internet, customer provided credit and financial data Assists with credit approvals up to $250,000 and establishment of new customers for service Assists Credit Analyst with resolving debits and discrepancies Interfaces with various intercompany departments to resolve credit issues and disputes regarding shipments, products, or purchase order discrepancies Follow through on issues to final resolution Assists with the daily credit approvals and release of orders Assists with customer account maintenance, files, and customer's vendor data requirements Run monthly customer statements and review before mailing Run and analyze month-end receivable aging reports Learns from and studies experienced Credit Analysts' techniques and work Remains current with skills by attending training classes, independent research, and seminars as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience 0 - 2 years commercial credit work experience Working with Customer's supplier portal Experience with ERP LX , Navision, Business Central is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced MS Office skills Excellent Customer Service skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Strong problem-solving and research skills Sense of discretion and maintains confidentiality Knowledge of SalesForce.com and Servicemax Applications or related systems Works under close direction as well as in a team environment Physical Demands Employee must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employee with disabilities to perform essential job functions, absent undue hardship.
