Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence, division is seeking a VP & CFO for the Americas Region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial strategy and operations for the Americas Region. This role is crucial in supporting our business objectives, ensuring financial health, and enhancing profitability across the region. Job Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and lead the region's financial strategy in alignment with the global financial goals of the company. * Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis within the region. * Manage financial risks, oversee regional financial reporting, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and business growth. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple countries within the region. * Collaborate & partner with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on financial opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansions. * Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification. * Minimum of 10 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial managerial position. * Proven experience in financial leadership within multi-country regions, preferably in the technology industry. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of managing financial complexities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. * Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Other Job Environment: This role is in an office setting with standard equipment usage, including a computer, printer, copier and phone. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and utilizing office equipment are part of the job. Vision: Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Speech/Hearing: Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching. Mobility: Adequate for medium to large office navigation. Lifting: Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds may be needed.
