Job Title: BDL3-Tech 2
Job Description
Join our team as a BDL3-Tech 2 where you will be tasked with repairing and making improvements to building infrastructure, performing metal and wood fabrications, including welding, and maintaining distribution center racking. You will assist service technicians in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and building pneumatic systems. Your role will include completing preventative maintenance routines, documenting procedures, performing battery changes, and maintenance on batteries. Additionally, you'll be involved in troubleshooting, tracking and storing department inventory, including spare parts, and supporting continuous improvement in the department. A key part of your role will be to develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization, complete all safety training as assigned, and comply with all safety programs, policies, and procedures. You may also be required to perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment
Candidates should be comfortable with performance tracking through data and numbers. All candidates must be open to any 12-hour shift, which could include: A. Sunday to Tuesday and a half-day on Wednesday, 7AM - 7PM Day Shift; B. Sunday to Tuesday and a half-day on Wednesday, 7PM - 7AM Night Shift; C. Half-day Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 7AM - 7PM Day Shift; D. Half-day Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 7PM - 7AM Night Shift.
