What You Will Do
- JOB SUMMARY
Maintains current computer systems and programs. Performs analysis and designs for new systems, systems enhancements and/or production problem support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintains current production systems. Meet with users to determine requirements.
Develops and implements new systems enhancements by performing analysis for new systems design.
Supervises the programming and testing efforts to ensure all programs are functioning properly.
Develops and maintains project plans by defining tasks, efforts, and resources necessary to complete projects.
Assists staff members in the completion of programming assignments by reviewing program codes, providing support with testing, and debugging activities.
Trains and/or mentor team members and/or peers with less experience
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 5 years Programming and Systems Analysis work experience or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 7 years Programming work experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
- Designing, coding, testing, and documenting software specifications
Skilled in:

Ability to:

Work Environment and Physical Demand
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
