Fives Bronx, Inc. Electrical Project Engineers in North Canton, Ohio

Fives Bronx Inc. has openings for Electrical Project Engineers at its facility in North Canton, Ohio. Job duties include:

 

  1. Working with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to develop detailed device lists and working design documents for projects to customer requirements and specifications to complete design objectives and control system design release processes.

  2. Programming PLC and HMI software for electrical control systems to control industrial machinery using Siemens and Rockwell. 

  3. Design hardware for electrical control systems to control industrial machinery using electrical CAE software, including AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan. 

  4. Working with projects team to develop programming solutions using C++, VB, or Delphi for recipe handling and data storage for the equipment.

  5. Assist with commissioning of control systems and prepare and maintain the electrical engineering project documentation to cover the entire process from manufacture from its installation to final commissioning. 

  6. Applying the latest electrical design standards and regulations to a control system design.

     

Position requires:  Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field, or foreign equivalent education and 2 years' experience working in the equipment manufacturing industry in the position of Electrical Control Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, or Electrical Engineer. 2 years' experience is required in each of the following:

 

  1. Create detailed device lists and design documents.

  2. Programming PLC's, and HMI's using Siemens and Rockwell software.

  3. Designing with electrical CAE software, including AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan.

  4. Working with programming languages such as C++, VB, or Delphi.

  5. Commissioning of Control Systems.

  6. Applying electrical design standards and regulations to a control system design. 

     

Experience may be obtained concurrently.
