Aerotek Apprentice Mig Welder in North Branch, Minnesota

Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

Join our team in a full manufacturing facility welding start to finish. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing fabrication and welding operations. You will set up and operate advanced welding equipment, weld tank and hopper walls using MIG and Pulse practices, and use jigs and fixtures for daily operations. Additionally, you will conduct self-inspections to evaluate the quality of products before they move to the next step in the fulfillment process.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of MIG pulse welding experience

  • Complete welding process proficiency

  • Comfortable with blueprints

  • Experience with Axcess 40v wire feeder and Axcess 300 pulse welder

Soft Skills

  • Open to cross-training

  • Able to be independent

  • Comfortable with implementing process improvements to leadership

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Branch, Minnesota.
