Support individuals within the ABI/MFP program who live in their own home, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, individual support, companionship, homemaker, and community habilitation. Duties include:
- Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth
- Monitor and report consumer\'s progress, challenges and status
- Work individually with any program participants, which may include assistance/supervision with mobility, recreational activities or other needs.
Skills/Abilities:

- Effective communication skills
- Passion for helping others
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid US driver\'s license and ready access to a vehicle
- HS Diploma/GED or work/life experience providing care
- Complete all initial background checks
