Financial Systems Analysts, SAP FI-CO with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Provide implementation and application technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module focused on the core finance component. Accountable for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Product Costing with repetitive manufacturing process. Responsible for the configuration of Product costing and its integration with production planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Develop expertise in relevant business area and ensure that the system applications support the current and future needs of the business. Work closely with business partners to fully understand current processes and areas of improvement. Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cross functional solutions. Lead/conduct requirements management activities and ensure that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization. Lead/conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization. Develop positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes. Define and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resources. Design and deliver high quality, low-cost solutions to meet business needs. Pursue continuous learning and application of technologies to achieve desired business, architectural, and productivity outcomes. Domestic travel required approx. 15% of the time.\ \ RQMTS: Minimum 5 years of experience in any occupation involving SAP implementation. Experience must include: FI-CO module in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, implementation, roll-outs enhancements, and support; SAP Product costing (CO-PC) including Product cost planning, Cost Object Controlling, and month end and year end closing activities in Costing; SAP S/4 HANA Fixed Asset Accounting; SAP project systems and Investment Management; SAP General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. and Electronic Bank statement processing; SAP In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Cash Management; and SAP Controlling and profitability Analysis (COPA).
