PruittHealth IT Asset Technician in NORCROSS, Georgia
JOB PURPOSE:
This job role will include equipment and asset processing. This is an onsite role 5 days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive inbound and process outbound shipments.
• Maintain detailed records of asset status and assignments
• Prepare equipment for all partners (new hires, transfers, terminations)
• Repair equipment with issues
• Process, wipe, and provision returned equipment
• Properly decommission and dispose of nonfunctioning equipment
• Maintain security and organization of hardware assets.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and written/oral communication
• Demonstrates strong computer skills
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work well both independently and with others
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology or related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in IT-related fields

• Maas360
• CloneZilla or other imaging software
