[]{#Hlk130970898}[Prepare, review, monitor and track, project work plans, scope, schedules, estimates, and budget. Review the existing facilities to evaluate the potentials, issues, etc. Review feasibility analysis, permits, design, and constructions. Evaluate the potential construction vendors, general contractors, site/construction logistics, project team, etc. and finalize. Responsible for governmental inspections, permits and approvals through final completion. Expedite development timelines by providing functional expertise and counsel to General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Governmental Agencies. Ensure successful completion of projects in a team-based environment. Monitor the progress and quality is in accordance with the construction plan. Troubleshoot all areas of construction, such as, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Treatment, Painting, Landscape, construction equipment and safety systems. Document all logistics. Report to management on construction processes. Perform such other duties as required.]{#Hlk168051366}
