  • Creates robust, data-driven evidence for recommendations for technology solutions with high-level benefits cases.

  • Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).

  • Conducts needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions.

  • Presents complex data in an easy to understand format so it is suitable across diverse groups with varying abilities.

  • Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred BI tools (Tableau).

  • Facilitates cross-functional communication and recognizes the need to engage other stakeholders and SMEs in a project.

  • Acts as a liaison between commercial and technical functions.
