This position will coordinate production orders for finishing, quality, and shipping preparations. This position will have the benefit of training in multiple areas to provide support to the end process of our label and shipping supply orders.
This includes packaging and shipping preparations, label order counts on rewind tables, and providing support to the General Manager in the production room in janitorial, materials and inventory work processes for the company.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, a team player and possess the ability to work independently.
Must have basic math skills to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to read and comprehend measurements on a ruler. Possess a keen attention to detail.
salary: $15 - $15.01 per hour

work hours: 7:10 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
The Rewind Table is responsible for finishing all label roll orders to the customer's specifications.
Review job orders for correct specifications on end product.
Remove all defects, press stops, splices etc.
Ensure correct number of finished labels per roll.
Ensure labels meet our company quality standards.
Print ID Labels on all cores, on the computer, to customer's ID specifications. o Box all finished labels and package for shipping.
Shipping and Warehouse responsibilities include:
Using a pallet jack move material from the stock room to the production room to stage material for upcoming jobs.
Support loading and labeling boxes of product to the shipping warehouse daily.
Responsible for keeping production shop clean (includes floor detail & putting items away).
The essential functions of this role include:
