Bright Horizons Senior Director, Center and Field Marketing-Hybrid in Newton, Massachusetts

As the Senior Director of Center and Field Marketing, you will be responsible for Field, Partnership and local marketing efforts for our mission-based childcare business. You will develop, lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand, generate leads, and drive enrollments in our childcare centers across multiple US regions. You will oversee a passionate and driven local team. We are looking for leaders who can create change to drive for excellence. What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy aligned with overall company objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high performing team of marketing professionals across multiple US regions, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Collaborate closely with integrated marketing leadership to understand market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop marketing programs to support growth

  • Develop and lead scaled marketing strategies that both work nationally and locally in order to efficiently meet our marketing targets

  • In partnership with the Product Marketing and Integrated Campaigns teams, drive initiatives - events, conferences, and seminars - to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.

  • Define, implement and foster a metric-driven approach to measure the impact of field marketing programs. Seek continuous optimization campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including operations team, account team, all of the internal integrated marketing teams and executive leadership.

  • Stay current on industry trends, our competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage an annual budget for field marketing activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to drive desired outcomes.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required

  • MBA - Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving revenue through marketing activities - Required

Additional Job Requirements

  • Local, retail, marketing experience a plus

  • national and local partnership experience for retail and social groups

  • Childcare, education or family related parenting a plus

  • Strategic thinker combined with a relentless focus on creative problem solving and excellence.

  • Proven ability to run complex processes, navigate organizations, and lead meetings / quarterly business reviews effectively and efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; able to engage with all levels of an organization.

  • Is proactive with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and creating alignment with stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

  • This role includes travel up to one week a month
