Description
We are offering an employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately handling and processing invoices, maintaining vendor files, and providing accounting support. This role is in the real estate industry, and the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities
• Accurately code and input invoices into the Yardi system
• Timely and accurate processing and verification of invoices
• Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in invoice processing
• Maintain and update vendor files and records as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
• Assist with Ad-hoc projects as needed
• Provide accounting support to the Accounting Manager and other departments
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks
• Utilize Yardi software and other tools for property management tasks
Requirements
• Proficiency in data entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
