R&L Winter Concessions LLC seeks 6 temp FT Food Preparation and Serving Workers from 10/01/2024-05/01/2025.
Duties: Food Prepping and handling, practice sanitation for Kitchen, deliver prepared dishes to clients. Employer will provide worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, implements, and equipment required to perform duties assigned. 1month exp. req. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

\$13.38/hr Mon-Fri, some Sat; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-4pm. OT may be avail. @ \$20.07/hr.
Employer guarantees work hours equal to @ least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid bi-weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided @ a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day w/ receipts.
