The Senior Business Analyst acts as the primary interface between technology and specific business areas. They are tasked with identifying business unit requirements, technical requirements, and coordinating with project teams. This person will work in agile, ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, projects, and execution with the development team. They will also evaluate new IT developments/applications and help maintain key vendor relationships including Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, Litmus, On24, OneTrust, Oracle, Salesforce, and many others. They will also support the product owner developing user stories, process designs, workflow charts, system mappings, and technical requirements with compliance, legal, and security requirements at the forefront. This role requires skills with practical marketing automation experience that enable independent technical execution. They also understand system design, UAT and production environment deployment schedules, front and backend end development workflow, testing, business engagement, and have a sense of team leadership with desire to always be learning. They will work and support the marketing and development team developing strategy, provide feedback, and help support the foundations of growth for the business.

What youll need:
Minimum 2-5 years of Adobe Marketo Engage, campaign operations and or administrative experience. MCE or Adobe certifications are a plus.
Understands how marketing workflows enable automation and how marketing automation takes a primary role in enablement, security, legal requirements, and enterprise scale.
Excellent communication, able to interface directly with key stakeholders, leaders, and other marketing teams for requirements gathering.
Experience managing 3rd party vendors and managing the integration into multiple Adobe Marketo Engage systems in the Prudential tech stack.
Skilled in project management, particularly with JIRA Agile Kanban, in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and requirements gathering.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, partnership, teamwork, ownership, and solution execution skills.
Experience in building technical workflow documentation and documenting strategy from conception to execution.
Has a willingness to adapt and learn, with a focus on becoming more technically proficient to excel in this role.
Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial for mastering Adobe Marketo Engage.

Responsibilities:
Support the PO setting ambitious and clear product vision and communicating the story effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team.
Support the PO defining the product strategy from inception and determining business value once solution enters production.
Support the PO ensuring alignment of product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with product vision as they are provided by key stakeholders.
Support the PO continuously improving the backlog with the team, ensuring all technical requirements are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized for all systems that are required.
Support, in partnership with CPO and POs, the definition and on-going refinement of Business Capability Reference Architecture for the relevant products and capabilities within the constituent journey.
Develop user stories, process designs and logical data models in support of the kanban delivery team.
Execute within Prudentials Agile operating model, practices, and policies. Provide clear, consistent documents and information in collaboration tools. Actively engage in agile assessments that measure maturity and improve agile practices, events that promote agile ways of thinking, and relevant communities of practice and share ideas/concepts with the broader team.
Actively engage in learning opportunities, demonstrate new skills in day-to-day work, mentor others in area of expertise and contribute to lunch & learn sessions.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $92,400.00 to $137,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
