Prudentials Group Insurance (GI) National Account Organization (NAO) Account Management team is seeking a National Account Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with customers, brokers, consultants, and internal business partnersresulting in increased sales revenue, customer persistency, and customer satisfaction with existing Group Life & Disability National Account cases. This position also entails working closely with our Account Executives in executing customer-specific business plans that are linked to Group Insurance goals and objectives. Some travel is required. Daily activities include but are not limited to:
Business Development
Coordinating Marketing, Sales, and Support service for assigned accounts
Possessing an understanding of your assigned customers requirements and initiating actions that maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Proactively partnering with internal contacts to facilitate timely resolution of issues or problems presented by customers and/or brokers
Presenting products, services, and plan design information to meet customer needs
Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding any aspect of our product offering Talent Management
Providing guidance to junior staff
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in Group Insurance and benefits
Customer management experience (preferred)
Experience in Group Insurance underwriting or financials (a plus)
Strong customer service focus A detail-orientated individual with strong analytic, organization and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
A solid knowledge of Prudentials Group Insurance product and services
This is a hybrid role.
What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $107,300.00 to $166,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
