Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Cash Management Specialist in the industry located in Newark, Delaware. The role will be onsite, where you will be an integral part of our team, managing and overseeing our cash activities.
Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Handle cash management tasks to ensure optimal use of resources
• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
• Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Use accounting software systems effectively for various accounting functions
• Handle billing functions to ensure revenue generation
• Manage automated clearing house (ACH) transactions
• Utilize Epic software and Epic system for various tasks
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
Requirements
• Minimum of 2-year accounting degree and or related experience.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Experience in using CyberSource is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System is required.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is a must.
• Proven experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures is expected.
• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently is required.
• Experience in managing Cash Activity is essential.
• Demonstrable skills in Cash Management are crucial.
• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations is necessary.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required.
