We are offering a role for a Contract Administrator in Miramar, FL, within the Government industry. This role is a short-term contract opportunity that entails acting as the primary interface for contracting matters and establishing and maintaining trust with both government and commercial customers. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure compliance with company policies, financial objectives, and negotiated terms and conditions for successful contract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming paperwork and process units within the given timeframe

• Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with a large aerospace manufacturer

• Collaborate with the customer to obtain quote approvals and resolve overdue accounts receivable issues

• Ensure proper dissemination of contractual obligations and requirements

• Coordinate with International Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to all import/export regulations

• Understand and support internal financial goals such as milestones, progress payments, and cash collection

• Coordinate hardware demand with the customer and demand management team

• Apply customer service skills to provide exceptional service

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for various tasks and reports

• Show leadership skills in managing and coordinating tasks

• Maintain company policy and ensure compliance in all activities

• Utilize skills in finance to understand and meet financial goals

• Review and process paperwork with accuracy and efficiency

• Use skills in operations and compliance to ensure smooth running of tasks

• Process payments and manage cash activities effectively

• Select appropriate components in line with specifications and purchase orders

• Provide workstation support and training when necessary.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Demonstrable experience in customer service

• Familiarity with operations and compliance in a logistics setting

• Experience with payment processing and cash activity management

• Ability to review and understand financial notes

• Experience in workstation support and providing ad hoc financial performance

• Knowledge of regulatory standards in logistics

• Ability to track progress and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of engineering principles

• Experience with purchase orders and dealing with suppliers

• Ability to select components according to specifications

• Familiarity with company policies and ability to ensure compliance

• Strong leadership skills

• Experience handling paperwork and collection processes

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Familiarity with regulations in the logistics sector

• Capable of contributing to progress in a dynamic environment.
