Job Description
·Manage maintenance mechanic personnel, recruit, train, and develop staff.
·Oversee administrative tasks such as managing PTO, payroll, union interactions, tools, leave, vehicles, track GPS and work orders, and process approvals.
·Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily schedules, track deviations, and report to the supervisor.
·Conduct building inspections and quality control of others' work.
·Serve as the point of contact for rapid response to emergencies and customer service requests.
·Manage and dispatch reactive work.
·Record all work in the system of record, such as REALM, SafetyCulture, Trakref, etc.
·Ensure completion of field repairs and adjustments.
·Facilitate Mobile Engineering support for vendors, projects, and landlord interactions.
·Ensure the team adheres to C&W Safety Training and dress code.
·Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
·Adhere to all company and MEM policies.
·Document and report activities to supervisors.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $47.00 - $47.00
