Saks.com LLC seeks Sr. Customer Analytics & Tech Analyst in New York, NY to accurately track activity that occurs across Saks website and mobile apps by partnering work with various teams to constantly improve the digital platform via issue remediation, new/existing features, or reports. Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Classifications; utilizing command-line statistical analysis software such as SAS or R and analytic functions such as SQL and Snowflake; applying marketing knowledge in marketing technology landscape; applying findings to business problems to lift revenue and profits; utilizing web analytics packages including Adobe Analytics; applying end to end knowledge of website and app analytics server-side implementation; preparing technical tracking requirements; and conducting debugging of data layer as well as performing tracking using Charles and Trace.
