Citigroup Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Develop a rigorous testing program. Design, track and analyze performance of various acquisition tests and programs to evaluate effectiveness. Optimize channel performance through effective utilization of marketing real estate. Use business objectives, including CMV and NPV in conjunction with targeting solutions to acquire profitable accounts. Establish KPI measurements for new product. Translate channel performance to business metrics and share results with cross functional leadership team. Utilize statistical and segmentation tools and machine learning solutions to improve acquisition performance. Retrieve data and conduct large complex analysis using various analytical tools, software and techniques. Partner with modeling team and prepare, implement and track targeting solutions. Articulate data driven insights to business partners and senior leaders, obtain organizational buy-in, and work across teams to drive implementation of the recommendations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Statistical analysis using SAS, SQL in Unix and Hadoop environment; Responsible for Enterprise Data Warehouse and EAP data retrieval with data analysis tool such as SAS, SQL, HUE, and Python; Developing segmentation tools and predictive models using logistic regression, decision trees, machine learning models in SAS, R and Python; Developing target solutions for credit card product according to cards KPI, including acquisition account volume and cards NPV and CMV; A/B Test and Pre-Post Experimental design for structured testing; Overseeing compliance and control for data sources and disparate impact analysis for targeting solutions; and Using statistics analytical tools to summarize credit card channel acquisition performance data and solve business problems. 40 hrs./wk.
