Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate findings into technical designs and solutions. Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure software components for the mortgage system, including user interfaces, back-end services, and integrations. Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to ensure the overall quality standards for the software development process are met. Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, in order to ensure the reliability and stability of the system. Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified during testing, while working closely with support teams to provide timely resolutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering and apply findings to enhance the online mortgage system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, in order to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timeframes.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMaster's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Information Science, or related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related software engineering position.
