Murex North America, Inc. seeks a Senior S4C Consultant in New York, NY. Duties: • Supervise support activity within a virtual/operational team, identify and escalate issues appropriately.• Be the 1st level of escalation and expert-intervention on client issues.• Manage upgrades; Contribute to the decommissioning of tactical solutions through more stable long-term solutions (developments, configuration refactoring, …)• Ensure internal systems (CRM, KYC, KYI etc.) and documentation are up to date with provided solutions• Estimation of man-day effort for new projects and back-testing of previous estimates• Act as stream lead for their own Enterprise Integration/Customization work stream• Design, build, deliver, review, test and help support the interfaces, data extractions, reports and data pipelines that the Murex clients need to support their operations on the MX.3 platform.• Deliver a robust technical and functional solution that answers client business requirements, ensuring its maintainability, scalability and testability• Manage configuration of the MX.3 database, Document the solution, configuration and testing• Anticipate developments required and delivery of these during projects• Supervision of integrator partners being fully accountable for their deliverables.• Keep Project Manager and Client Managers up to date on work stream progress, issues and blockers; Monitor emerging project risks and recommend mitigations• Run UAT workshops and assist users with UAT, Performance testing, and Integration SIT• Conduct training sessions, Train the trainers and end users; Educate the client on best usage of the system• On-site assistance during dress rehearsals, go lives and post go live support• Thorough understanding of MXpress, FEM and other MUREX initiatives (such as FDM / MFT)• Become a trusted advisor to the client and the System Integrator; Seek feedback and monitor client satisfaction; Build trust through commitment, reliability and constructive challenging• Professionally manage relationships with clients: Provide recommendations, Advise clients on best practices, Follow up on support cases from notification to resolution and validation.• Develop a network of contacts within the client organization by building relationship with client support team and end users• Address client needs based on mastery of Murex platform and client activity• Determine priorities and manage timelines; Track and deliver (configuration, binary fixes) as agreed with the client, considering project and product division constraints• Share information formally with key MUREX players and make links to overall business issues.• Understand how and when to hold firm with a client, while managing to resolve potential conflict; When needed provide tactical solutions (technical debt) that would require later follow-up• Challenge client requirements when integrity or scalability of the solution is at risk• Contribute to capitalization based on client knowledge and acquired expertise• Gather client requirements and feedback on the product with corresponding client context and business values; Review client business requirements• Consolidate requirements and feedback with other regions; Nurture relationships within a working team and between entities of the organization (France and internationally, e.g. R&D, consultants, …)• Centralize inputs to Product division based on product demos• Define acceptance criteria to ensure instances upgradability• Act as a reference for the expertise in the Americas and plan to increase others expertise in their area• Master their own functional domain in the MX.3 platform• Deliver effective internal presentations resulting in knowledge transfer• Promote the Factory Product in the region. Be aware of product roadmap.• First design authority escalation point within Client Services for the region• Prepare and contribute in presales demonstrations to prospectsTelecommuting is permitted.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field plus 5 years of experienceRequires 5 years of experience with:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS technology• Knowledge of XML/JSON and related technologies (XSLT)• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Python, or C/C++ or C#, and scripting languages such as UNIX Shell or JavaScript• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems• Knowledge of following technologies: Jenkins, CI/CD, DevOps, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, Apache Camel, ESB, ETL40 hours/week, Wage range: $147,285 to $172,000 per year.
