Job Description

Manages all phases of data analytics, (data extraction, analysis, manipulation, synthesis & interpretation, and summary) for client projects. Enjoys identifying statistically significant causal relationships, is comfortable working with big data, and is fascinated by consumer behavior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identifies and develops solutions to add to INSAGIC’s advanced analytics portfolio.

  • Analyzes large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform experimental design and model development.

  • Participates in the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools.

  • Works in a team environment, interacting with multiple departments including internal and external customers.

  • Translates business questions and apply statistical models and analyses to answer questions in an actionable and reproducible manner.

  • Drives automation of reoccurring reports and model monitoring systems.

  • Mentors and helps train junior level team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent required, with master’s degree preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in statistical analysis or data mining environments such as R, Python, or equivalent

  • Advanced proficiency in AI powered tools such as Data robot or equivalent

  • Advanced proficiency in multivariate analytics, econometric modeling, Bayesian probability, and analysis of variance, with advanced knowledge of data management concepts and SQL preferred.

  • Experience building production-grade statistical or matrix-based models.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in time series ensemble modeling, multivariate regression and classification, survival analysis, cluster analysis, design of experiments, and machine learning algorithms learning algorithms.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $137,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
