The Performance & Insights team, within Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT), is the business analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering insights that drive GCS growth.

The analyst will work very closely with several cross-functional partners including US SME Specialty LT, SME Marketing, Finance, Risk and other key partners / COE teams. S(he) will be a key subject matter expert for the business teams in ensuring the broader organization’s ability to achieve success both strategically and tactically. Specifically, this role will be focused on optimizing our AP Automation strategies in US SME.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across key partners within US SME to ensure there is alignment and collaboration on strategic priorities. S(he) will possess analytical proficiency, intellectual curiosity, a proactive nature, and high attention to detail.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business needs and to establish analytical hypothesis and solutions; Have outstanding knowledge of Hive and SQL encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques

  • Superb Communicator: Ability to drive alignment among customers and key partners; Ability to write compelling messages addressed to various audiences/levels within the organization

  • Strategic Mentality: Self-motivated individual who can problem-solve and think critically, to develop concrete insights backed by data and analytics; Find opportunities to strengthen business performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering)

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau and other analytical tools is a plus

  • Ability to extract and organize complex datasets

  • Ability to address performance issues and to manipulate both structured and unstructured data

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot, macros, deck-writing)

  • Proven track record of independently developing novel analytical solutions optimizing business processes

  • Ability to cultivate relationships and partner with multiple collaborators, with superb interpersonal skills

  • Ability to deliver results, work independently, and prioritize tasks

  • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment, and keen to solve ambiguous / open-ended business challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Masters Degree preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering)

  • Ability to present to senior leadership or senior stakeholders

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
