Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, the role also includes providing direct support to sales teams that require assistance. This position's essential function is to assist with the general sales process of lead assignment and internal follow-up to increase customer acquisition and support. Additionally, this person would assist the national sale manager with internal meeting coordination, calendar management, and communication across the organization. This person should be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and well versed in Microsoft Office suite and capable of working with Power BI and Salesforce CRM.Responsibilities:Support Sales Manager and Outside Sales Department by connecting with potential customers and distributor/dealer representatives to increase sales.Follow up with current and prospective customers, tradeshow and seminar leads via phone/email/mail.Input leads, lead updates, and any customer related interaction into Salesforce.com.Cultivate and pass warm leads to outside salesperson or Sales ManagerMail samples, literature, etc. as needed.Handle customer complaints and resolve them.Be responsible for time management to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.Be able to work as a team member for the greater benefit of the teamMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required1 to 2 years business experience with direct contact with customers, vendors and sales or dental office, experience (dental assisting or dental hygiene experience).Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent and effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skillsStrong customer service skillsProven history of excellent follow through and problem-solving skillsGeneral accounting and logistics knowledgeGeneral knowledge of products, company, and customersAbility to prioritize and multi-task.Ability to accurately perform data entries and record keeping.Ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers and other business partners.Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills.Ability to multi-taskCandidates must have a valid driver's license.This position is hybrid.NOTE: The salary range for this role is $46,729 - $65,566 annually.We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and an annual incentive.
