CONSTRUCTION - NEW YORK:J.T. Magen & Co. Inc., one of NY’s leading construction management firms, is seeking candidates for a Project Manager position to manage & coordinate residential & commercial construction projects; perform construction schedule develop't & coordinate all construction phases. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Bus. Mgmt, Construction Mgmt or Engineering; 6 mths of exp. as Assistant Project Mgr or Junior Project Mgr; 6 mths of exp. preparing cost estimations & budgets, & managing construction project schedules using Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, & Timberline; & 6 mths of exp analyzing & measuring blueprints & drawings using AutoCAD & Plan Grid, & preparing periodic reports.
