Actalent Project Architect in New York, New York

Description:

We are currently hiring for a reputable mid-size architecture firm in NYC! This Project Architect will partner with the Principal to manage the SCA studio on new construction and renovation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a managerial role with a mission driven architecture firm.

Must Haves:

-Bachelors degree in Architecture

-10-20 years of professional experience

-Licensed Architect

-Revit

-Schematic Design - Construction Administration

-New Construction

-Manage junior staff

-Experience working with NYC agencies

Responsibilities:

-Project Oversight: Lead the conception, design, and execution of construction projects.

-Client Interaction: Regularly meet with clients to discuss project requirements and ensure alignment.

-Team Management: Oversee junior architects, providing guidance and mentorship.

-Collaboration: Work closely with partners and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

-Technical Proficiency: Utilize Revit for drawings and other design-related tasks. Have a strong understanding on how to put a building together

Work Environment

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

30 person firm

In person interview with two partners
