BCforward is seeking a Program Manager III with Treasury Management to work remotely in EST timings.

Pay $ 80- $85/hr/W2
Job Description: Summary:
This individual will be responsible for leading and managing Treasury projects on global scale. An ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success in this role. The candidate must have Treasury experience in addition to project management, ability to effectively manage change, and communicate across various cross functional partners.
A successful candidate will have the ability to balance competing and shifting priorities, an attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. Communication and collaboration are essential as well as attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for driving the execution of key projects on Treasury's roadmap in addition to general project portfolio management, creation and implementation of change management plans
* Manage Treasury led initiatives/projects in partnership with business owner by tracking deliverables to completion, scope management, status updates, and escalating through appropriate forum
* Support team on large Treasury driven global projects including partnership with Treasury SME on transforming Treasury processes and ensuring corresponding documentation/process flows are created to reflect changes
* Ensure projects follow established governance for decision making, communication, tracking, etc.
* Monitor KPIs throughout project lifecycle and report on progress
* Support portfolio management updates by ensuring updates are provided in a timely manner and validate accuracy of information provided with business owner
* Ongoing identification and recommendation of process improvements
Skills:
* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Must have Skills
Large transformations projects in treasury, system integration projects, treasure management system, managing timelines/leadership meetings, creating/presenting presentations, keeping the team on track on the roadmap
Leveraging internal teams, managing key updates, communication (written verbal + presentations), synthesize messages to internal team
Communications of the project status to stakeholders/directors

Prior system implementations
