Bloomberg TOMS is looking for a Product Manager to lead product and business development for Cash Credit. You will be responsible for crafting, building, and delivering the functional feature set for the Credit asset class across TOMS end to end workflows. This role requires in-depth knowledge of front office Credit Trader and Sales desk workflows, notably: E-Trading, Trade Capture, Pricing & Valuations, Position, P&L & Cash management, Portfolio Trading, Front Office Risk management, Lifecycle management, market data, curve building, post trade events and API access. This domain expertise must represent the full front to back workflow for all credit market participant roles in the securitized and loan space.
We will trust you to:
Define the product functional roadmap, deliver & implement the plan with a go to Market strategy
Define the product vision, strategy, and value proposition internally and to clients
Produce and deliver clear functional specification & requirement documents for each phase of achievable product development based on client driven requirements
Work collaboratively with other Product Managers to achieve desired end workflow solution
Be customer-centric and think in terms of commercial opportunities and develop capabilities to ensure the product stays relevant and fit for purpose
Define what the product is, explains how the product works, and sets the product SLA
Document the logical architecture of the system
Drive product innovation for the Credit asset class
Lead product design, build, unit Testing and delivery
Engage R&D, QA and Implementation to ensure smooth deployment to client production.
Engage clients directly on product development, attend workshops acting as the subject matter expert when required
Ensures product meets the set SLA, UX standards and achieves a consistent user experience across Bloomberg
Stay current on industry wide issues related to the product
You will need to have:
10+ Years of experience working within Credit Markets product development or as Credit Trader at a leading Sell Side technology vendor or Sell Side bank
Proven knowledge of Credit OMS trading, pricing, position management and post trade workflows
Proven experience in leading all aspects of product development from a business level
In-depth knowledge of Credit EMS workflows including hedging and systematic trading
Experience in Portfolio Trading analytics including ETFs and Basket trading
Front office Risk Management skills
- Exposure to CDS and loan markets
We would love to see:
Experience in Trading Credit instruments at a leading Sell Side firm
Experience in Software development process (Agile methodology) as a Product Manager
Proven track record of Building and delivery of credit workflows
Experience in using software and tools for Data visualization & Workflow Modeling
Understanding of Technology Architecture
Excellent presentation skills including written and verbal

Salary Range: 140,000 - 295,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
