Description
NetSuite BA Consultant Needed! We are seeking a NetSuite Systems Business Analyst based in New York, New York. The role is with an investment firm and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Systems Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a new Detail Oriented Employer Organization (PEO).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct gap analysis and business process functions to identify areas of improvement
• Create detailed business requirement documents to guide the new PEO implementation
• Design and document business processes using BPD - Business Process Design techniques
• Manage the process documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Utilize NetSuite for various business analysis tasks
• Engage with philanthropic community for business insights and philanthropy initiatives
• Prepare BRD - Business Requirements Documents to capture business needs
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
• Oversee system implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Apply non-profit accounting principles as needed in the business analysis process.
Requirements • The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Systems Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Must possess strong knowledge of Business Systems and their applications.
• Proficient in conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes.
• Familiarity with Business Process Functions and the ability to analyze their effectiveness.
• Capability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) is essential.
• Expertise in Process Design to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in BPD - Business Process Design is required.
• Experience with Process Documentation for future reference and training purposes.
• Must have hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in the Philanthropic Community or non-profit sector is desirable.
• Understanding of Philanthropy and its role in business operations.
• Experience in creating BRD - Business Requirements Document to outline the scope of a project.
• Proven experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionalities.
• Must have experience in System Implementation and the ability to troubleshoot potential issues.
• Knowledge of Non-profit Accounting principles and practices would be beneficial.
