Manager, People and Organization (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Assist organizations with resetting their talent strategies and delivering business results through their employees. Work in all aspects of human capital, including creating value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Help clients streamline and effectively manage their international assignment program in a cost-effective manner. Assist with international assignee management, Human Resources, payroll, finance and accounting in addition to mobility policy, process and governance consulting. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $154,315/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for clients;•Executing quantitative and qualitative analyses;•Advising on transformation projects and change management communication strategies; and•Utilizing Vizio or similar software for process mapping to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.80% telecommuting permitted.
