Position Summary:

Own the management of all Marketing strategies and initiatives for the Face Complexion category within Tom Ford Beauty Make Up business to enhance the brand story and drive growth/market share gains in priority channels and regions.

Responsibilities:

Innovate Face complexion concepts that create new business opportunities;

· Execute innovative Face complexion strategy in support of brand's strategic direction and priorities and informed by identification of recruitment and loyalty drivers.

· Carry out white space opportunities based on findings from Regions and from retailer/consumer insights, social listening, CRM data and transposition from other industries.

· Curate and execute 18-month detailed calendar, with a focus on fast-growing categories and subcategories, hero products, and brand-building channels.

· Conduct research to build business case for Product Development and Concept Ideation briefs.

· Prepare storytelling Concept Development briefs in line with brand equity.

· Lean deep into consumer insights; remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities.

· Lead biweekly cross-functional meetings with packaging, supply chain, procurement, produce development, R&D, creative and other teams.

· Collaborate with regional partners to inform strategy and ensure local alignment.

Set product strategy that drives business and reinforces brand equity while building financially sustainable business;

· Collaborate in development of Face complexion strategy including set architecture, product launch process and go-to-market strategy.

· Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, COG changes, market intelligence and competition.

· Support mid-management in quarterly report preparation.

· Contribute to recommendations to seize market based on analysis.

· Conduct ad hoc business analysis requests as needed.

· Develop portfolio with financially accretive pricing and cost of goods proposals.

Develop 360 GTM launch plans;

· Lead biweekly cross-functional meetings with online, paid, social, editorial, creative, visual merchandising, education & artistry, retail experience, CRM, and other teams to develop 360 GTM launch strategies.

· Create campaign and copy briefs and collaborate with team for 360 GTM executions.

· Collaborate with regional partners to inform strategy and ensure local alignment.

Qualifications

· 5 years of Marketing experience (prestige/luxury industry and/or Face/complexion experience are a plus).

· Bachelor's degree

· Strong analytical, organizational, project management skills.

· Creative and disruptive thinker.

· Excellent written and oral communications.

· Proactive and has the ability to motivate others.

· Ability to work on and lead a lean team with a fast-growing business (i.e. entrepreneurial environment).

· Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects.

· Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment.

· Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams.

· Must have excellent analytical and computer skills.

· Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
