The Senior Manager, Growth Hacking ⁃ Retailer.com will play an important role in accelerating our online business. This individual will join a new team of hands⁃on growth marketers that will transform our retailer.com business and develop new, critical marketing capabilities for ELC.

The senior manager will be responsible for deploying and optimizing marketing that maximizes conversion and visibility on key retailer sites. This may include retail media investment, sponsored products, or eMerchandising.

The senior manager will partner with retailers to improve onsite experience, conduct A/B testing to drive sales, deploy and optimize media campaigns, report on results, and develop new capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

⁃ Oversee experimentation (A/B testing), attribution, ROI measurement and optimization for retailer.com marketing

⁃ Set strategy for retailer media investment with select retailers and partner with brands to implement new strategies

⁃ Manage retailer media and sponsored products (paid search) investment across key retailers and brands

⁃ Deploy, optimize, and measure media campaigns (this is a "hands on keyboard" role!) that meet business objectives, provide a seamless user experience, and efficiently convert shoppers

⁃ Proactively identify new opportunities and build recommendations to maximize sales via new ad units, targeting, data sources, landing page optimizations, ad copy testing, new ad groups, keyword expansion, bid adjustments, etc.

⁃ Analyze campaign data and trends over time and report findings to brand leadership

⁃ Present results to internal stakeholders and provide insights on performance vs. KPIs and education on retailer algorithms

⁃ Develop tools to ingest marketing performance data, monitor and diagnose media performance, and take action to improve overall media performance

⁃ Partner cross⁃functionally to develop tech and automation solutions to reduce manual efforts and increase returns across the ELC portfolio

⁃ Provide timely feedback to retailers to ensure retailer partnerships are best⁃in⁃class

⁃ Continuously review and analyze the ever⁃changing retail media and advertising measurement landscape to ensure ELC and our retail partners remain competitive

⁃ Constantly test new strategies to update and develop best practices

Qualifications

⁃ You have 3+ years of relevant experience in areas like Digital Marketing, E⁃Commerce, and Digital Media

⁃ You have a good understanding of how to execute campaigns in⁃retailer digital channels

⁃ You have a great interest in working with FMCG brands

⁃ You have a strong understanding of what great content can do in digital channels

⁃ You have good experience in executing campaigns on retailer websites and social media channels

⁃ You have a sense of what influencer marketing can do

⁃ You are performance driven

⁃ You have strong analytical skills

⁃ You have good negotiation & communication skills Your Personality
