Position Overview

The Junior Account Executive will assist and support the operations of the Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior AE's, and Supervisors on a day to day basis. Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn, and develop a good knowledge of the overall sector and industry.

Responsibilities

* Learn and utilize Rapport's research, planning, and buying tools on a daily basis

* Develop an understanding of Media Math and media planning measurement currency such as impressions, TRP's, Reach, Frequency, CPMs, and CPPs.

* Prepare and maintain weekly status reports; prepare competitive reports for clients

* Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all of the OOH formats currently available

* Assist Account management team with proposals (PowerPoint Decks & Excel Spreadsheets).

* Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents

* Schedule client calls and meetings as needed

* Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands SBUs and their specific area of expertise

Required Skills and Experience

* Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software, specifically: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines

* Rapport does not require candidates to have a college degree
