Actalent Intermediate Project Architect in New York, New York
We are seeking an Intermediate Project Architect to join our team and play a key role in supporting workplace, retail, commercial, media/broadcast projects. If you have 7-10 years of professional experience and a Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture or equivalent, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities for this role include developing design drawings, coordinating with project consultants, conducting site surveys, and managing construction administration duties. You will work closely with the Design Team to translate design concepts into construction drawings and ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Workplace, Retail, or Media/Broadcast projects, as well as strong skills in developing Design & Construction Documents. Experience in leading architecture & design staff and consultants is a plus, along with knowledge of construction materials, standards, and codes.
