The ICG Finance Regulatory Solutions Group (RSG) requires a senior business analyst to contribute to the Dodd-Frank Resolution Planning exercise. RSG is expanding its responsibilities globally and requires an individual to coordinate the team’s efforts with regards to Resolution and Recovery Plans in all regions/countries. The candidate will partner with the Corporate Resolution & Recovery Team as well as local in country RRP teams and lead the ICG workstream. The candidate will be responsible for understanding local RRP requirements, assessing the impacts to ICG, leading the ICG international engagement, and delivering credible recovery & resolution plans.

The candidate will also be responsible for assessing and integrating local requirements in the strategic architecture as it pertains to the Derivative Solvent Wind-down Tool and will be responsible for documenting and formalizing the procedures and control framework of the Derivative Solvent Wind Down Tool for RSG international responsibilities.

Dodd-Frank requirements continue to be (re-)interpreted by regulators, internal counsel and external counsel, requiring dedicated analysts to support the incremental workload as a result of such requirements.

Regulatory Solutions Group (“RSG”) is the unit within Institutional Clients Group ("ICG") Finance responsible for designing sustainable solutions in support of the firm’s regulatory mandates, including but not limited to those arising from the Dodd-Frank Regulatory Reform Act. Deliveries in this space are instrumental to the firm’s success in the new post-crisis financial services environment.

The candidate will lead RSG's international Resolution and Recovery Planning engagement and be responsible for coordinating global efforts in regions/countries where ICG has local requirements. The candidate will be responsible for leading the International ICG RRP workstream, understanding what countries have RRP requirements as they relate to ICG, facilitate global coordination of regulatory efforts, provide updates to RRP steering group, create line of sight to nature, frequency and timing of local regulatory requirements, and ensure processes are being followed appropriately. The candidate will partner with local RRP teams and drive the production of plans. The candidate will be responsible for interpretation of requirements for local submissions, coordinating delivery of local plans, ensuring content is accurate and complete, driving towards common infrastructure and templates where possible and aligning with principles that have been established by the Central RRP program. The candidate will also be responsible for knowing and understanding any new regulatory asks relating to ICG's RRP efforts and informing the US Central RRP team.


The candidate will have significant experience with Dodd-Frank Resolution & Recovery Planning. The candidate will have a strong and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements that large, complex banking organizations are subject to. The candidate will have a detailed understanding of derivative and trading activity and a broad understanding of financial instruments transacted with institutional clients. The candidate will have project management experience and will be skilled at working across multiple regions/countries. The role will offer significant exposure to a cross-functional set of senior managers involved in the regulatory space.

• 10+ years professional experience required

• Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Finance, Accounting or MIS

• Project/Program management skills

• Fluency in foreign languages a strong plus

• Advance degrees and/or CPA a plus

• Knowledge of Derivative and Secured Financing Transactions a strong plus

• Dodd-Frank experience a strong plus

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required

• Very strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills required

• Problem solver who can develop creative, strategic solutions to challenging issues
