DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Greets all office guests and determines nature of business, forwards/directs to appropriate HR staff members -Answers phone lines, reviews voicemails and HR email account -Receives, picks up, opens, sorts, date stamps, and distributes mail as goods and materials. Scans, fax and/or photocopies documents and verifies accuracy of data -Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation -Answers frequently asked questions from applicants, employees, supervisors and other Agencies relative to standard policies and procedures, hiring processes, transactions and other activities -Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource files and records -Assists in full-cycle recruitment for the institute

QUALIFICATIONS -High School Diploma -One year of general administrative experience -Microsoft Office Suite experience(Preferred) -Scheduling experience(Preferred)
