Graphic Designer with Project Management skillsPosition OverviewOur client, a law firm in NYC is seeking a highly organized and creative Graphic Designer with STRONG project management skills working on CORPORATE projects to oversee and coordinate their design projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with designers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a HYBRID role in NYC (Wednesday and 2 other days - flexible) so a combination of onsite and remote. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.Collaborate with design teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure that all design outputs meet our quality standards and brand guidelines.Oversee project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.Utilize project management tools to track project progress and performance metrics.Facilitate team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management within a design environment.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
