Firmwide Events Team partners with the business to deliver consistent, high-touch, distinctive client experiences, ranging from signature global events to small intimate programs, with a focus on new client acquisition, deepening relationships, increasing flows, whilst building our brand and adhering to global standards.
As an Asset Wealth Management Events Business Management Strategist Executive Director within the Asset Wealth Management Events Team, you will have the privilege of directly assisting the Team Head. Your role will involve collaborating with Asset & Wealth Management Event Planners and the Asset Wealth Management Sports & Entertainment Lead. You will serve as the primary contact and expert on matters related to event regulations, policies, and standards, and will oversee the control framework for the team. Additionally, you will work closely with the Team Head and the CFO of Asset Wealth Management Events on the Private Banking Signature Global Events scope and budget. Leveraging your analytical skills and business insights, you will periodically propose organizational structure adjustments to enhance team performance and align with business strategy, investment analysis, and strategic events management platform enhancements. While this role does not involve event planning, a keen interest in events and a readiness to provide onsite support are essential.
Job responsibilities:
Manage central point of contact & subject matter expert regulations, policies, and standards and their impact on events management
Manage the control framework for events including maintaining procedure and training event planners
Manage central point of contact for legal entity outsourcing
Manage Asset Wealth Management Events Business Reliance plan
Manage CRM360 Events CORE role
Manage PB Signature Global Events budget
Manage the strategic analysis and presentation creation for Senior Management
Lead as a strategic partner and owner of annual Planning
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
10+ years prior experience in events, business management, controls, strategy, or project management related activities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data management
Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift and change
Must think strategically and problem solve with the ability to offer creative solutions
Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in high pressure environment
Must be able to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
Excellent oral and written communications skills with ability to liaise with senior leadership
Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

- Prior experience in financial services and multi-lingual capabilities
