Magnite, Inc. seeks Directors, Demand Side Platform (DSP) Operations in New York, NY. Job Duties:•Gather and organize bidstream data to improve deal and QPS strategy.•Analyze platform spend data and develop new Magnite Marketplace solutions and best practices.•Collaborate with DSP Operations team to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures relating to DSP seat optimizations.•Document and prepare recommendations for implementation of new supply pricing, packaging, and merchandising, for demand partners and clients.•Prepare manuals and cross collaboratively train new Magnite team members in use of Magnite platforms, reporting tools, Salesforce procedures, according to organizational policy.•Confer with VP level management regarding implementation of new analysis and troubleshooting procedures to assist in growing market share whilst minimize revenue loss exposure.•Oversee a number of key revenue and operational projects, ensuring objectives are met within allocated time frames.•Formulate workflows and process between multiple Supply Side Platform (SSP) technologies that will then be executed by the operations team.•Analyze Queries Per Second (QPS) bidstream data to provide efficient supply path optimization for client bidders.•Work closely with sales teams to assess client strategies and revenue growth opportunities.•Work closely with Supply, and Media Planning teams to ensure optimal yield management setup and delivery.•Deepen relationships with DSP stakeholders in order to maximize growth opportunities, drive product utilization, and train clients on Magnite products and capabilities.•Partner with Magnite agency/brand team to optimize their buying through a given DSP.•Lead a team of Account Managers, providing them with technical, platform, and industry knowledge, whilst helping them to grow and lead their own cross-functional initiatives.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field plus 6 years of related experience. Requires 6 years of experience in programmatic advertising landscape and relationships between multiple advertising technology platforms; 6 years of experience disseminating complex technical information for both internal and external stakeholders; 6 years of experience in Real-Time-Bidding mechanics; 5 years of experience with SSP technologies; 2 years of experience with Ad Serving technologies; and 1 year of experience in managing individuals. Telecommuting permitted twice weekly. 40 hours/week, The compensation for this role is at least $154,315 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
