What You’ll Get to Do:
Maintain a database and system for processing and tracking electronically stored information (“ESI”), to include an Electronic Evidence Vault
Maintain Original Evidence Copies of Electronic Evidence Received from external parties
Download data received from external parties
Create working copies of Electronic Evidence Received from external parties
Determine nature and extent of processing needed by Litigation Support to facilitate access and review of ESI
Plan and coordinate efforts with law enforcement agencies involved in litigation team activities, including following best practices and procedures for collecting and producing ESI using available software so that ESI is received in the most accessible format
Maintain a log of all electronic discovery produced in charged cases; • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed
Organize information in summary fashion in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires an Undergraduate degree, technology-related major preferred.
Certification in eDiscovery program also preferred.
Requires a minimum 2 years’ experience providing litigation support on large, complex cases involving complex e-Discovery challenges.
A familiarity with criminal/civil law at the federal level is preferred.
Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies required.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills.
United States Citizenship and a passage of a federal background investigation.
