Actalent Construction Administration Architect in New York, New York

Description:
We are URGENTLY hiring for a reputable NYC Architecture firm that is looking for Construction Administration focused Architect/Project Manager who will support Construction Administration on large residential developments. There will be opportunity to support additional phases of other projects in the future. This exciting opportunity is with an architectural firm that has built some of the most prominent buildings in NYC and boasts about owning the Manhattan skyline!
Schedule:
5 days in office with occasional site visits
9:00am - 6:00pm
Must Have:
-8+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on Construction Administration
-Experience with new construction, ground up high rise buildings
-Mixed-use, Multi-family, Hospitality
-Experience with Revit
Responsibilities:
-Lead all Construction Administration for a large multi-family development project
-Site visits
-Coordinate with consultants
-Review shop drawings
-Submit RFI's
-Support junior staff
-Review/Redline Construction Documents in Revit
Work Environment:
100+ person firm in NYC
6 different groups, ranging from affordable housing, non profits, private developers, high rise buildings.
Collaborative environment, business casual dress
