Insight Global Clean Energy Project Manager in New York, New York
Job Description
One of the largest utilities in the Tristate area, servicing all 5 boroughs and Westchester County, is currently looking for a Clean Energy Project Manager to join their Product and Process Design PMO team within the larger Program Design group. This group sits within the Customer Energy Solutions org. The team is based out of the Manhattan office and the Clean Energy Project Manager will ideally be onsite three ties per week working a hybrid schedule.
The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing several clean energy projects simultaneously, coordinating between different cross-functional internal teams. The PM will be working heavily with large sets of clean energy data and must be data savvy / have the ability to use operational data to put together complex reports. The Project Manager will be utilizing Power BI and Salesforce to organize data sets so having previous experience with both tools is preferable. Data that the PM will be working with will include but is not limited to data for programs that are going to market as well as data centered around timelines, measures and accounts. The Project Manager will be doing forecasting and analysis to look for growth opportunities / process improvements, so having the ability to think analytically is a requirement.
We are looking for a candidate who has a background working on clean energy projects and working with large sets of clean energy data. The Project Manager will be managing and working on multiple projects at once and must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within energy efficiency and/or demand management
- Experience in a data & analytics or data visualization type of role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Background managing large-scale projects and implementing process improvements
- Bachelors Degree in relevant / related field - Masters Degree in relevant / related field
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with Project Management tools and / or software null
