About The Role:

As a CBRE Senior Graphic Designer, you will need a strong PowerPoint expertise, to conceptualize, design, and deliver strategic, visually engaging presentations and templates for CBRE Investment Managements internal and external partners. This role requires a blend of critical thinking, resourcefulness, and a high level of business insight, enabling you to effectively sell your design ideas and create impactful visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background, mastery of PowerPoint and other design tools, and the ability to build and maintain sophisticated presentation templates. You will work collaboratively with other creative team members, vendors, cross-functional partners, and internal/external clients to provide world-class design solutions across a variety of platforms, channels, and audiences, ensuring all designs resonate with CBRE IM’s clients and business partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, update, and maintain comprehensive PowerPoint template systems.

  • Support marketing efforts through strategic conceptualization and the creation of visually engaging designs.

  • Establish and manage a robust system for the efficient distribution, version control, and updating of PowerPoint templates across CBRE IM.

  • Develop and curate a comprehensive library of reusable PowerPoint assets, including master slides, themes, and graphics, to ensure consistent and efficient presentation creation.

  • Provide ongoing support to employees on the effective utilization of PowerPoint templates and best practices in presentation design through training resources.

  • Focus on the strategic application of design to effectively support CBRE IM’s business objectives.

  • Expertly balance brand guidelines with the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet CBRE IM’s specific requirements.

  • Accurately distill information from stakeholders and translate findings into impactful and relevant creative outputs.

  • Independently produce high-quality materials from concept to completion with minimal direction.

  • Effectively manage multiple project requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain a digitally focused mindset, proactively identifying and implementing emerging tools and technologies.

  • Present creative ideas persuasively and facilitate productive brainstorming sessions.

  • Implement rigorous quality assurance measures, including thorough reviews and proofreading, to ensure error-free and high-standard deliverables.

  • Mentor and develop junior designers by consistently sharing best practices and design knowledge.

  • Effectively interface with external vendors.

  • Keep abreast of emerging design tools, technologies, trends, and strategies.

  • Execute special marketing projects as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training preferred. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly sophisticated problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

  • Ability to create cost estimates and be a positive steward of our client’s budget.

  • Sophisticated knowledge of graphic design principles

  • Strong knowledge of print production, web design and UI/UX

  • Proficient in Figma, HTML, JavaScript and in project management, editing and content development

  • Knowledge of Ceros and Liquid Galaxy a plus

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Graphic Designer position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Graphic Designer position is $105,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
