We're seeking a visionary leader to steer the marketing direction for our designated channels, blending creativity with strategic insight to develop and implement programs that resonate with our customers and markets. This role is perfect for someone passionate about turning insights into action, driving brand engagement through innovative point of sale, digital media, and promotional tactics.

As our Associate Channel Innovation Manager, you'll collaborate closely with brand management, insights, and sales teams to create compelling, equity-driven initiatives across your assigned geography. Your work will lay the foundation for our brands to thrive, ensuring they're easily found, bought, and enjoyed by consumers. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of channel initiatives, from the ideation and development of strategic briefs to the seamless execution and analysis of outcomes.

Your role will extend brand strategy into activations deeply rooted in consumer and channel insights, making you a pivotal figure in translating big-picture strategies into localized impact. You'll lead agency relationships to ensure the timely delivery of on-equity assets, oversee program execution, and apply your deep understanding of digital best practices to keep our brands at the cutting edge.

What You Will Need:

  • Master's degree plus 3 years of communication, finance, marketing, sales or CPG shopper marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG shopper marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo or distributor marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.

  • Required to travel up to 60% via automobile to perform job duties.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

    Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $88,200.00 - $147,000.00 / year

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Location Category: Field Based - This position will be based in Northern Territory Liquor Market and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sties may be required as needed.
